Collecting the needs of the client towards the hiring process

Consult about needed position in terms of the market salary and benefits

Responsible for attracting qualified pool of candidates

Responsible for screening and filtering resumes for each position

Conduct interviews for interested candidates

Submit Interview report about shortlisted candidates

Coordinating if any hiring assessment is needed

Schedule shortlisted candidates to final interview

Issuing Offer Letters for accepted candidates

Send Thank you Emails to rejected candidates
Onboarding
The employee boarding is the process of introducing new employees to company’s mission, vision, policies and procedures. The HR Advisor duties will be as follows:

Send employee ticket to Administration and IT departments.

Conducting orientation session for new hires.
-
Complete hiring documents of new hires
Personnel
The personnel administration is responsible for store, update and manage each employee information inside organization. The Personnel Advisor duties will be as follows:

Maintain employee filing system.

Maintain attendance records
-
Maintain vacation records
-
Responsible for developing employee contract that matches company needs

Responsible for contract issuing and renewal.

Responsible for handling any claim towards company in front of Labor Office or Social Insurance Office

Providing any consultancy needed regarding the personnel function
Compensation Adminstration
The compensation administration is focusing on planning, organizing, and controlling the direct and indirect payments employees receive for the work they perform. The Compensation Advisor duties will be as follows:

Responsible for calculating monthly salaries

Apply deductions and overtime policies

Prepare income tax report
-
Responsible for allowances and expenses payments

Visiting labor office if any dispute/claim

Visiting social insurance office in case any requirement
-
Updating new implemented laws time to time
-
Act as company representative on any government offices in case any requirement
Benefits Adminstration
The Benefits Administration is the process of establishing, maintaining, and managing benefits for the employees of an organization. The Benefits Advisor duties will be as follows:

Responsible for creating Employees benefits program according to allowed budget

Responsible for establishing and managing Medical insurance program
-
Responsible for managing any monetary or non-monetary employee benefits applied like medical insurance, mobile allowance, etc
Performance Management
The Performance Management Advisor is responsible for promoting and improving employee effectiveness. It is a continuous process where the employees are being monitored and review the work objectives or goals and employees’ overall contribution to the organization. The Performance Management Advisor duties will be as follows:

Conduct assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training.

Assesses various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development.

Conduct quarter and monthly evaluation and provide reports about areas of development.

Responsible for establishing Appraisal program

Responsible for establishing and managing Performance management and career development programs

Responsible for Dialog survey and retention program
